Catch a 90 minute flight to Carcassonne
or Toulouse and pick up your hire car.
Perhaps spend Friday wandering around the old lanes of the medieval cité of Carcassonne, have lunch in the square in the ‘low town’ and catch up on some shopping in the boutiques. In about an hour’s drive along beautiful country roads you will arrive at le trésor where the rural revival begins!
In your suite, put your feet up and unwind with a bottle of wine. In the evening enjoy a delicious meal in the dining room, made from fresh, mainly organic produce of the region.
After your Saturday morning lie-in, sit at the café tables in the square and treat yourself to a trésor fresh fruit juice, organic muesli, yogurts and fruit salad followed by warm croissants and pain au chocolat, with a pot of strong coffee or tea for two.

After another luscious lie in and breakfast in the garden, meander around the hippy market of Esperaza on Sunday, sampling the delicacies of the area…organic honeys, beautifully creamy goats and sheep cheeses, wine, charcuterie, or visit the beautiful medieval town of Mirepoix before making your way back to the airport.
